Our Story - From Shower Thought to Showstopper
Good Thomas Entertainment began in 2011 with a simple idea: bring the thrill of music and the energy of bingo together in local bars. At the time, founder Thomas was working two jobs during the week and hosting karaoke on weekends. Then one day, while in the shower, the idea for Musical Bingo hit.
What started as a shower thought quickly grew into live events at local pubs. Crowds kept growing, and before long Good Thomas Entertainment was filling bars and breweries across Massachusetts.
Who We Are
Today, we’re a team of more than 75 hosts running over 150 weekly shows across New England, Florida, and Colorado. From Musical Bingo to Karaoke to SpeedQuizzing, we bring engaging, interactive entertainment to venues of all sizes. Our hosts are trained to do more than run games — they create memorable nights where strangers become regulars and regulars bring their friends.
Meet Thomas
I’m Thomas, the founder of Good Thomas Entertainment. I’ve always been passionate about the service industry — I started out working in kitchens at places like Bertucci’s, The 99, and Longhorn, learning firsthand what it takes to make restaurants and bars tick. That experience shaped how I see entertainment: it has to support the business, not just fill time.
Today, my role is all about big-picture strategy and creativity: moving around the country to launch new events, partnering with venues, and building the long-term vision for projects like BingoBeat and FindTheBeat.
When I’m not working, I’m with my wife and our two sons, out mountain biking with my best bud, or writing songs and singing in local pubs on weekends. At heart, I’m still the guy who loves watching a room come alive when the music hits.
Meet Rob
Rob is our General Manager and the engine that keeps Good Thomas Entertainment running day to day. While I focus on growth and strategy, Rob makes sure everything actually works: scheduling 75+ hosts, coordinating 150+ weekly shows, and handling the thousands of moving pieces that go into making each event seamless.
When Rob’s not putting out fires and handling the back end of things, he’s a huge music buff. He loves going to concerts with his long-time girlfriend and spending quality time with his nephew.
If you’re a venue working with us, chances are you’ll get to know Rob quickly. He’s the steady hand that makes sure the promises we make actually get delivered.
The Future
Good Thomas Entertainment isn’t stopping at live shows. With new platforms like BingoBeat (our bingo hosting software) and Find the Beat (our event discovery and rewards app), we’re building tools that help venues fill seats, help musicians grow their audiences, and help guests find their new favorite night out.
